Do you do custom orders?
Yes, I do. Just contact me and we can discuss your ideas. Please note I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
Returns and exchanges
I happily accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within 30 days of delivery and we will work something out. Unfortunately, I cannot cover costs of return shipping, and item must be returned in good condition.
How do I care for my pottery?
All pottery made by Wendy is oven and dishwasher safe. ***Aditional note: Flower pots must be brought in during winter. The freeze and thaw cycle may crack and chip pots.
Safty of materials in pottery:
I only use clay from an excellent supplier with a great reputation! My clay is rated for use in schools. Also, I do not use lead or other toxic substances in my glazes.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes, I will gift wrap. Please specify when you check out.
Shipping outside the USA
You may have noticed that I do not sell outside the USA. Customs and VAT are difficult hurdles to jump! I will ship outside of USA. Contact me to discuss details.
Sizes of pottery:
All my pottery is made 100% by hand. All sized are approximate due to the nature of the process, and there may be slight variations in the product.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within five days of receipt of order.
Shipping problems:
It is rare, but, your order may arrive broken:( If this happens to you follow this procedure:

  • IF the exterior box is damaged, please take a photo of the box (before you open it preferably) and another of the condition of the contents and wrapping materials.
  • IF the box seems fine but the product is damaged, take a photo of the damaged pot and the wrapping materials.

Then:

  • Contact me ASAP. We have a thirty-day window to file a claim with the USPS. Your order will be replaced or refunded right away.
  • Please hang onto the item with the box and packing material. USPS may want to pick it up for further inspection on their end.
